For a long time, I thought I was trying to understand friendship.

Looking back, I was learning to understand something much bigger.

Not just who my friends were…

But the people, places and opportunities that help us feel supported, connected and like we don’t have to do life alone.

That’s where the idea for The Modern Village began.

Not as a business.

But as a question I couldn’t stop asking.
