We're opening contractor opportunities for experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners across WA Proficient, Advanced, and Specialist level.
You bring your practice. We handle the intake, triage, scheduling logistics, and Commission portal reporting, so you can focus on the clinical work.
You'll have access to senior BSPs for case consultation and peer review when you want it, and full autonomy over your caseload and methodology.
Not sure contracting is right for you? We also offer a casual pathway with an Individual Flexibility Work Arrangement same flexibility over your shifts, with a bit more security. The IFWA is structured to leave you better off overall, and we'll walk you through exactly how it works before you commit to anything.
