Although we are currently closed, we’ve decided to hold a special pop-up today from 5:00pm – 6:30pm.

This morning we received a generous offer of chicken and, as always, we wanted to make it available to those in our community needing a helping hand.

Please remember we are not a discounted supermarket. Our hampers are for those doing it tough and experiencing food poverty.

There will also be some special offers available while stocks last.

To ensure we can continue providing support to the community and maintain positive relationships with our neighbours, the following rules must be strictly followed:

🚫 Absolutely NO parking inside the complex, across our driveway, or across neighbouring driveways — no exceptions.

🤝 Please be courteous and respectful to our volunteers, fellow community members, and neighbouring businesses.

👷 Follow all directions provided by our wonderful volunteers wearing hi-vis vests.

🛒 Please return all trollies when finished. Do not leave them on the road or surrounding properties.

⚠️ Failure to comply with these requirements may result in service being refused.

Sunday Night Dinner 🍝 – 31st May 2026

🌞 What a beautiful day we had today — lovely and warm out in the sunshine, although it was quite cool inside.

We had a very busy night at service tonight, welcoming over 40 patrons who enjoyed one of our delicious home-cooked meals. It is always wonderful to see so many people come together for a warm meal, friendly conversation, and support.

We were incredibly fortunate to receive a generous donation of wraps, rice paper rolls, delicious chocolate muffins, and a box of chocolate rabbits from Singh and Subathini on behalf of Strathfield Sai Centre. What a marvellous treat for our patrons tonight! The chocolate rabbits will be handed out at another service and are sure to bring many smiles. Thank you once again Singh and Subathini 🙏

⭐️A huge thank you also to WestCare for the grocery items, which were divided into shopping bags for our patrons to take home. 🥫

What a wonderfully warm and sunny day we had yesterday for our sausage sizzle fundraiser supporting the homeless and disadvantaged in our community. 🌭☀️

A huge thank you to everyone who purchased a sausage sizzle or drink, and to all those who generously donated. Your kindness and support truly make a difference. 💛

Last night at service, we were also blessed to receive a wonderful donation from Angela — thank you for the amazing array of goodies, they are greatly appreciated.

We’d also like to sincerely thank the youth from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for their generous donations and ongoing support.

🌭💚 What a fantastic day we had yesterday at our sausage sizzle fundraiser in support of Paying It Forward Homeless Services Inc. 💚🌭

We would like to sincerely thank all of our amazing volunteers who gave up part of their weekend to help make the day such a success. Some of our volunteers even came straight from work — now that’s dedication! Your time, hard work and commitment help us continue providing meals and support to those doing it tough every Sunday night.

A very special thank you to the husbands of our volunteers who came down to lend a hand and support us throughout the day, including Ron, Ron and Brendan. Your help on the BBQ and behind the scenes was truly appreciated.

A huge thank you also to Dickie, who stayed the entire day from 7am working tirelessly on the BBQ, and to Garry for all of his hard work cooking throughout the day as well.

Thank you to Craig and his family for helping with the setup and pack up at the end of the day — your support was greatly appreciated.

We would also like to thank the rest of our wonderful team for all their help throughout the day, including Annette, Matt, Sanya, Chrissy, Linda, Cecile, Donna, Tracie, Linda, Steven and Carol. Every single person played an important part in making the day run smoothly.

To everyone who volunteered, donated, purchased a sausage sandwich or simply stopped by to support us — thank you. Community support like this is what keeps us going and allows us to continue helping those in need.
