Ladies Group enjoyed their August outing to The Dutch Shop, taking delight in all things Dutch - from traditional clogs and cheese to stroopwafels, licorice, chocolates and plenty of Dutch treats! 🧀🍫🌷

Our wonderful volunteer, Klaus, baked us these delicious carrot and walnut cupcakes... and let's just say they didn't last long! We may have eaten a few before remembering to take a photo. 🤭

There is nothing more rewarding than knowing we've made a positive difference in someone's day. 💙

Recently, we delivered our Winter Warmer Packs to our clients, and we were deeply touched to receive this beautiful handwritten thank you note from one of them.

Kind words like these remind us why we do what we do and are a wonderful reflection of the care shown by our staff, volunteers and supporters.

As of today, 1 July 2026, Nepean Food Services and Hawkesbury Colo Meals on Wheels have officially merged!

This marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter as we come together to strengthen our services, expand our reach, and continue supporting our communities with the care, compassion, and quality service they know and trust.

We are incredibly excited about this new venture and the opportunities it brings. By joining forces, we can continue making a meaningful difference in the lives of others in our community who rely on our services.

Our Winter Wellness Packs are heading out to clients across the community starting on Monday, filled with thoughtful goodies to help bring a little extra warmth, comfort and care this winter.

A special thank you to Scrapbook Superstore and Homemade Cards for Seniors Australia Group for generously donating 'Thinking of you' cards, with one included in every pack, and to our amazing volunteers who lovingly packed each bag by hand. We couldn't do it without you.
