Wesley Youth team offers a range of FREE services to young people 12-18 years living in the Penrith, Blue Mountains , Hawkesbury and Blacktown local government areas. Wesley Youth services has a range of programs that address the needs experienced by local young people, however we also have a “no wrong door policy “which means that if we are not the right service for you we will do all we can to l
ink you in with the most appropriate one. Our Case Workers are available to help you identify the changes you want to happen in your life and then assist you in developing strategies to make those changes happen. Changes can be focused around things like:
- School and home issues
- Risk of becoming homeless or couch surfing
- Bullying
- Self esteem and confidence building
- Managing unhealthy behaviors and emotions
- Building better relationships with friends and family
- Linking in with other services
- Self esteem / self harming/ self confidence
- Or you feel you just need to talk to someone
In addition to one on one support , we also run a variety of in school programs and fun recreational outings during the school holidays .
