Drumming Group is an energetic interactive group focussed on djembe based drumming circles and activities. A proven formula to encourage participation from all participants, regardless of musical skill, to facilitate developing social-emotional skills and encouraging friendships.

Our Drumming Group is all about creating an inclusive, friendly, and supportive environment to allow members to explore, create and make music whilst exploring rhythm, sounds and movement.

Who is the Drumming Group for?

Adults (18+) with additional needs looking to make music in a fun, engaging, social environment. No special musical skill is needed, just a willingness to join in and have some fun.

Group Music Therapy is a goals-based group using a variety of music-based strategies within an evidence-based therapeutic framework. Groups are designed to bring participants with differing levels of ability together to participate in live, interactive music making to achieve their goals.

In Group Music Therapy, participants might sing, play instruments, dance, write and record songs, perform, listen to music, and talk about music. Group music sessions can increase feelings of connection and reduce loneliness.

Babies & Toddlers is an engaging music based program to support early childhood development, social and emotional learning, fostering positive child-caregiver interactions and supporting caregivers to develop new skills to help them engage with their child in a fun and interactive way.

We achieve great outcomes designed to support interpersonal interaction through music and play.

Generally we recommend group sizes from 3 to 10 children (plus a caregiver).
Smaller group sizes allow for more individualised time and attention.

👏 Did you know your hands are one of the most powerful musical instruments you have?

Clapping isn’t just fun – it supports rhythm, coordination, focus, and connection. In music therapy, even simple patterns can help build confidence, regulate emotions, and bring people together 🎶
No instruments needed – just you, your hands, and a beat.
