🌿 Last chance to stock up on local native plants! 🌿

The Kangaroo Island Native Plant Nursery will close to the public for the season at the end of August — but there’s some very good news before we do.

🌱 There are still plenty of locally grown native plants available.
💚 And even better — ALL plants are now just $2 each!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our special weekend sale. It was fantastic to see so many plants heading out across the island into home gardens, farms, shelterbelts and revegetation projects.

And there are still **lots of plants available**, so if you missed the weekend sale — or went home and realised you have room for a few more — there’s still time!

🗓️ Open Tuesdays, 9 am–1 pm and Thursdays, 9 am–4.30 pm until the end of August

Recent rain has created excellent conditions for winter planting, and there’s never been a better—or cheaper—time to plant local.

The Kangaroo Island Native Plant Nursery is open this weekend:

Drop in, meet the nursery team and grab some locally grown native plants while stocks last.

Planting local helps bring biodiversity into our gardens and paddocks. Locally native plants provide food and shelter for insects, birds and other wildlife, creating healthier habitats across Kangaroo Island.
