We have now officially wrapped up for 2024, after having passed on many beautiful gifts from our generous community to 48 children! Each of whom will wake up to a very special Christmas morning.

💖 Here are a few messages of gratitude for those who have been a part of this project, from families who have been touched be the kindness of strangers:

“The support provided to my family has been an incredible help, I truly appreciate every item received. This year has been tough, and these donations have lifted a huge weight from my shoulders this holiday season. Thanks to the community I know my children will have the joyful Christmas they deserve. I am so very grateful and cannot thank your organisation and community members who donated enough.”

“The gifts we received were amazing, and I'm so grateful that the gifts helped ease some of the pressure of an already anxious time of year... Thank you 😁”

We are a working family, my husband works full time and I'm a stay at home mum who is trying to find night work, but due to cost of living this year we have struggled so much and we have never struggled before, we have no debt but we've had to sell alot of what we have (which isn't much) to just make ends meet.
Because of these kind people, we are now able to give our kids wonderful Christmas presents. Thank you so very much, I was in tears from the kindness when I collected these beautiful gifts.

🌟 We have so many reasons to be grateful 🌟

We have had some very generous people taking part in what we are doing. We just want to share our gratitude to another small business for their support.

Thanks to Little Threads Co. we are able to provide a handful of vouchers to families for Christmas. It’s especially helpful given the handmade “grow with me” outfits last through the growth spurts, longer than standard clothing sizes!

There are also some beautiful knitwear options and more. Please keep them in mind if you would like to support a small business who have supported us 💕 the love goes around in a small community when we all look out for one another!

🌟 Small businesses are a big part of our community 🌟

We want to acknowledge the generosity of Little Loves & You for being a part of our Kids Christmas Wishes initiative this year. A massive thanks to Jess and the girls for putting together some gift packages for the a couple of the kids and their families.

Please keep them in mind when you are Christmas shopping for little ones this year, or pop in if you are passing through Ulverstone. They are taking part in the community spirit through their kindness and we want to share the love back to them! 💕

We are incredibly grateful and inspired by the kindness of strangers! Close to 50 children have had their Christmas wishes, stocking stuffer requests and basic needs fulfilled and more! Every child who asked will be receiving something that they really want, something to encourage their personal interests, creativity, something they need, and something to make this Christmas incredibly special, thanks to all of you.

There are so many acknowledgements and shoutouts to come, but while things are wrapping up and we are finalising the last donations as they come in, we want to make a few acknowledgments.

Our volunteers who are ready to be called on and always help to make the Pay It Forward events happen!

And most importantly, all of the incredible individuals who purchased items big and small, contributed to donations in any way, dropped off donations and shared our posts. This is where the vision becomes a reality and kids wake up to a magical Christmas. Happy memories like these will live with them forever and that is invaluable! 🥰

Our final date for the online forms has now passed but we still have a very small list of items left and would like to give the community the opportunity to donate any of the remaining things before we finalise everything for our Kid's Christmas Wishes 2024.

Pay It Forward - NW Tassie Kid's Christmas Wishes project is underway. Thanks to everyone for your interest in helping families in our community ahead of Christmas 2024.
Below is the link to an anonymous list of Children's wishes, we will be adding more to the list as we receive requests, please have a read through and select any that you are able to donate items for.
