Burnout has a lot of causes, most persistently are lifestyle and workload. In the digital age, where we're all always contactable, it's more important than ever to set clear boundaries and leave work at work. This also gives you more time to maintain the delicate balance between work and life, letting you build relationships and take care of yourself.
When you notice yourself starting to burnout, whether its persistent headaches, drowsiness or elevated stress, take a moment to reevaluate your balance. Prevention is often easier than regaining balance entirely. ππ
