Diversity Arts Australia is taking part in AusArt Day — Creative Australia's national giving day for the creative sector — on Thursday 22 October.

Twelve hours. One goal: $5,000 to bring culturally and racially marginalised creative leaders from regional and remote communities into the room.

🎉 Shifting the Balance Leaders is going national.

With your support, the program runs across New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia — six leadership workshops and masterclasses, peer mentoring, industry engagement, and a two-day in-person intensive, for 15 mid-career culturally and racially marginalised creatives.

We piloted this in NSW with 20 people. All 20 graduated. And what they told us afterwards wasn't just about the curriculum — it was about each other.

Led by Accessible Arts in partnership with Diversity Arts Australia, Ripple has provided valuable internship opportunities with leading arts organisations, including APRA AMCOS , Performing Lines , Tuggeranong Arts Centre , Utp , Blue Mountains Cultural Centre , PHIVE and Chau Chak Wing Museum, University of Sydney
