Please be aware there are changes to access from the public multi-deck car park due to construction works at Monash Medical Centre.

Allow extra time for your visit especially if attending with babies or young children.

Is your teen preparing to transition from paediatric to adult cardiac care?

Join us at Royal Melbourne Hospital for a teen orientation visit designed to help heart teens feel more informed as they take the next step in their journey. 💙

During this visit you will:
• Connect with other heart teens
• Enjoy a light afternoon tea
• Meet and chat with members of the adult cardiac team
• Walk through the cardiac service areas and see where adult care is provided
• Ask questions about what to expect as a patient in the adult hospital setting

This afternoon is specifically for teens currently receiving cardiac care who will move to adult services in the coming years. Parents and carers are encouraged to attend alongside their teen.

⏰ 2:00pm - 3:30pm
