If you’re planning to study, already enrolled, or looking to stay close to home while completing your qualification, CUC Parkes provides access to dedicated study spaces, dual‑screen computers, fast internet, printing facilities and secure rooms for online exams.

Students can also access free academic support through our Learning Skills Advisor, including help with digital literacy, assessment interpretation, academic writing and study planning. One‑on‑one sessions and workshops are available throughout the year.

CUC Parkes is open to university and TAFE students, as well as Year 11 and 12 students who need a quiet, structured space to complete their HSC study. We also provide pathway support, including assistance with university applications, scholarships, and career planning.

Registration is free, and once registered, students can access the Centre during staffed hours and connect with the team for support as needed.

🎓 Celebrating Elise – One of Our Recent Graduates

We are so proud to celebrate Elise, who recently graduated with a Bachelor of Counselling (with Distinction) from the Australian College of Christian Studies. Elise was also awarded the Counselling Award, recognising her outstanding academic achievement and commitment to the profession.

Elise has been a dedicated member of the CUC Parkes community throughout her studies, and we are thrilled to continue supporting her as she takes the next step in her learning journey. She is now studying her Master of Counselling and a Diploma of Theology, continuing her studies right here at CUC Parkes.

Elise’s hard work, compassion and determination shine through in everything she does, and we are excited to see the impact she will make in the counselling field.

Please join us in congratulating Elise on her incredible achievements and wishing her all the best as she continues her studies.

🎓 Thank You for Joining Us at the UOW Parent and Student Information Evening

A huge thank you to James from the University of Wollongong for delivering such an informative and engaging presentation at last night’s Parent and Student Information Evening. James shared a wealth of valuable information about UOW’s campus, accommodation options, financial and scholarship support, facilities, campus life, relocating to Wollongong, and course pathways.

We’re also grateful for the fantastic resources he provided, including the UOW Course Guide, the Relocating to Wollongong booklet, and the Year 10 Guidebook. These will be available at the Centre for anyone who would like to explore their options further.

A big thank you as well to the high school students and families who attended. It was wonderful to see so many people planning ahead, asking thoughtful questions and exploring what university study could look like after the HSC.

CUC Parkes also has a range of information booklets from other universities, along with our own CUC Parkes Scholarship Guide. All of these resources are free to collect from the Centre.

If any HSC students or their families would like to talk through university planning, including choosing a university, subject selection, course options, relocating, financial assistance, scholarships, or studying on campus or online, our staff are always happy to help.

To book an appointment, please contact Brooke at:
📧 [email protected]

We look forward to supporting you on your pathway to university.
