ARPQ provides a range of advisory services to its members in their dealings with Park Owners/Mangers and government agencies. In this context we attempt to bring a balance of fairness between Park Owners and Home Owners under the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act (the Act). However, we also spend a lot of time advocating for and representing Home Owners interests to various government departments, especially in relation to deficiencies in and required amendments to the Act
