Looking for something fun, active, and inclusive these school holidays? Come along to our Kids Holiday Clinic with Suncoast Spinners!
Children aged 4–14 years of all abilities are welcome to join us for a morning of:

✨ Are You Feeling Tired, Overwhelmed or Stressed? ✨

As parents and carers, we're often focused on supporting everyone else while putting our own wellbeing last. But you can't pour from an empty cup. Looking after your emotional and physical health isn't a luxury—it's essential.

Join me for an Expressive Writing for Healing Workshop and discover how writing can be a powerful tool for releasing pain, stress or trauma, processing emotions, and creating greater calm and clarity in your life. This workshop is a Chaplaincy initiative and has been partly subsidised to make it accessible to families within our school community.

No writing experience is necessary. Through simple, guided exercises, you'll learn evidence-based expressive writing techniques that will help to release you, better understand your thoughts and feelings, build resilience, and support greater physical and emotional health.
