Last week The City of Palmerston with conjunction with PLSA invited the Palmerston Seniors to a High Tea & concert staring the Andrew's Sisters. Everyone enjoyed singing, dancing & good food for the afternoon.

The Fit for Life classes have been running for about 12 years. This large group has had its up & downs although I have managed to keep them together moving venues as organisations Have changed their business priorities from Seniors to other demographics. Seniors are resilient. Nothing is more important than your physical health & companionship for mental health. Thank you SWELL Palmerston for accomodating & welcoming our group in their latest move of venues & Coffee Club Oasis for looking after our large group 3 days a week.

Kerbside General Waste Bin Collection Update🗑️

There may be some disruptions to kerbside general waste bin services over the Easter long weekend. Other contractors will also be undertaking collections during this period 🚛.

Our offices will be closed for Easter and will reopen from 7:30 am on Tuesday 7 April 2026 ⏰

If your bin hasn’t been collected within 48 hours of your usual collection day and you require assistance, please call our after-hours service on 📞 08 8935 9922.
