🌸 Ceramic Plate Painting 🌸

Looking for a relaxing afternoon of creativity, connection, and fun? Come along to our next Craft Catch Up and design your very own ceramic plate!

Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned crafter, this workshop is all about unwinding, getting creative, and enjoying some quality time with like-minded people in a welcoming and supportive environment.

🎨 What's included:
✨ 17cm ceramic plate to decorate and take home
✨ Acrylic paints and all supplies provided
✨ Inspiration and guidance if you'd like it
✨ Plenty of laughs, chats, and creative encouragement

There are no rules and no pressure—paint florals, abstract designs, quotes, patterns, or whatever inspires you. Your finished piece can be used as a decorative tray, jewellery dish, keepsake, or a thoughtful handmade gift.

Me: choosing the brightest texta I own and hoping for the best. 🤣🎨

I’m loving these cosy colouring books, but apparently there’s a specific way to colour them in... and I can confidently say I have absolutely no idea what that is. 😂

I’m pretty sure I’m colouring with pure 90s/00s energy, but if the frog is green, the colours are bright, and I had fun, then I’m calling it a success. 🐸💕

Not perfect, not trendy, but definitely made with love. ✨🩷

✨ Option 1: DIY Ceramic Trinket Tray
Paint and decorate your own ceramic tray with florals, patterns, quotes, or your own unique design. Perfect for jewellery, keys, crystals, or as a handmade gift.

🌺 Option 2: DIY 3D Wooden Flamingo Wall Art
Paint and assemble a beautiful layered wooden flamingo scene. A relaxing project that creates a gorgeous piece to display at home.

✨ What an incredible day! ✨

Today was our DIY Tote Bag Painting session, and I am still smiling thinking about it all.

We had our biggest turnout yet, and I had the absolute pleasure of spending the day with some truly talented, creative, and beautiful people. Watching everyone transform a simple tote bag into a unique piece of art was so inspiring. Every design told a story, and every bag reflected the personality and creativity of its maker.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, shared a laugh, got a little paint on their hands, and helped make today such a special event. Your support means the world to me and continues to inspire me to grow Crafts with Sammie.

Seeing people connect, create, and leave with something they were proud of is exactly why I love doing what I do. 💕

Thank you for making today one to remember. I can't wait to see you all at the next creative adventure!

💙 Community is at the heart of what we do at Crafts with Sammie 💙

This Friday, I am honoured to be volunteering with one of the Palmerston Defence School Clubs, sharing creativity, connection, and a little bit of crafty fun with some amazing little people.

Crafting is so much more than making something beautiful, it provides an opportunity to relax, connect with others, learn new skills, and enjoy a few hours focused on creativity and wellbeing.

I am looking forward to spending time with the Defence community, meeting new faces, and helping everyone create something special to take home.

This session, we'll be creating adorable Mini Pour Palz balloon dog key rings, and I can't wait to see everyone's unique creations come to life! 🐶🎨✨

A big thank you for having Crafts with Sammie involved. I can't wait for a fantastic day of creativity, laughter, and connection!
