Holy Rood Craft and Conversation Group
Wednesday 20th and 27th March, 9.30 a.m. to 12 p.m. All welcome. A morning cuppa is provided.
The Holy Rood Craft and Conversation Group has posted 68 lamb jumpers to Lamb Care Australia, lovingly knitted by some of our members. Lamb Care Australia is a not-for profit company whose mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome as many orphaned, abandoned, sick, injured, or unwanted lambs and sheep as possible. https://lambcareaustralia.org.au/. The jumpers were knitted in three sizes: small, medium, and large, with a different pattern for boy and girl lambs. Thank you to everyone for your donations of wool. You may recognise your wool in the photos.
Our prayer from last week was from St Theresa of Avila: “Yours are the hands, with which he blesses all the world. Yours are the hands, yours are the feet. Yours are the eyes, you are his body.” As a group we seek to spread God’s love, in Jesus, to the wider community through our craft. Our March meetings are Wednesday 20th and 27th March, 9.30 a.m. to 12 p.m. All welcome. A morning cuppa is provided.

Our Parish is recruiting for the following part time positions.
1. Creative part time Digital media communications within the parish. Candidates must have social media and digital communications experience, including website and social media content management systems knowledge.
2. Reliable, part time, front Office Receptionist with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft office and have aptitude to learn new systems and processes.
