🏥 Welcoming Hospitals Victoria to MTHCS!

It was a pleasure to welcome the CEO and team from Hospitals Victoria to Mallee Track Health and Community Service for a tour of our Ouyen Health Centre.

The visit provided a valuable opportunity to showcase our facilities, share some of our recent achievements and discuss our accreditation journey.

We were proud to highlight the dedication and hard work of our staff, and our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, safe and accessible healthcare to our Mallee Track communities.

Thank you to the Hospitals Victoria team for taking the time to visit, connect with our staff and learn more about the important work happening across our health service.

Have your say about MTHCS services!
Mallee Track Health and Community Service (MTHCS) has engaged Diversity Training and Consulting to review how people experience MTHCS services and how they could be improved.

We want to hear from people across our communities, whether you use MTHCS services regularly, have used a service in the past, have tried to access a service or have decided not to use one.

Our short survey asks about accessing services, how people are treated, whether services respond to what matters to you, and how comfortable people feel providing feedback.

The survey is anonymous and only takes a few minutes. Your responses will help MTHCS understand what is working well and where services could be more accessible, welcoming and responsive.
