🥎 CALLING ALL SOFTBALLERS 🥎

Do you attend school in the Met East catchment and play softball?

You could have the opportunity to trial for the Met East 10-12yrs Girls or Boys Softball Teams!

Trials will be held at Redlands Softball Association on Friday 5 June but nominations must be submitted through your school by Wednesday 3 June.

If you’re already playing softball, this is your chance to challenge yourself, meet new people and represent your district.

And if you’ve got friends who have been wanting to try a new sport — bring them along! Softball is such a fun, supportive and inclusive sport, and this is a great opportunity to get involved in something new together

Speak to your school PE teacher or school administration about being nominated.

Congratulations to Our Newly Accredited Umpires!

We are incredibly proud to celebrate three of our dedicated club members – AJ, Isla & Savannah – who have successfully earned their Level 2 National Umpiring Accreditation! 👏

The trio recently officiated at the U16 Softball Championships, demonstrating outstanding commitment, professionalism, and a passion for the game. Their hard work and dedication have truly paid off, and this achievement is a fantastic milestone in their umpiring journey.

Well done AJ, Isla & Savannah – we can’t wait to see what you achieve next!

Mayday Tournament Wrap-Up🥎

What an incredible weekend of softball! Our team showed heart, determination, and true grit, finishing the tournament as Grand Finalists.

After a hard-fought run, we made it all the way to the Grand Final, where it came down to the very last innings. In a nail-biting finish, we unfortunately went down 2–1 in a game that could have gone either way. While the result didn’t fall our way, the effort, teamwork, and resilience displayed by everyone was something to be incredibly proud of 💙

A big thank you to all the officials Brett, Jaime, Annette, Amanda and Coady who made the tournament possible, your time and dedication don’t go unnoticed.

Special shoutout to Aviae Massey and Hayley Wilcox on their selection in the All Star Team, such a fantastic achievement! And a huge congratulations to Hayley Wilcox for being named the Tournament MVP 👏 An outstanding performance all weekend!

So proud of this group — onward and upward from here! 🔥
