Waste as a Resource: producer workshop
Join NRM South and TasWaste South on June 12 at Heritage Farms in Forcett for a workshop exploring how waste and by-products can become valuable resources on farm and across regional industries. Targeted to producers, this workshop will discuss practical examples of resource recovery, discuss barriers and opportunities to improve waste management across the region and share key findings from recent engagement with primary producers across Southern Tasmania.

Clean Up, Spring Beach
Great turn up last Thursday! Thanks to the 17 people from Spring Bay Ramblers, Orford Community Group & Friends of Orford Bird Sanctuary who picked up litter at Spring Beach
A warm morning after the wonderful rain!
Not too much rubbish which is a positive sign but we did find quite a few bottle and cans in the dunes that had been then for some time
