💙 Ride Blue 2026 💙

Ride Blue 2026 is a community-led mental health awareness event being held on 18 October 2026, bringing together riders and supporters from across Central West NSW to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage conversations around wellbeing.

Participants will depart from various locations including Orange, Mudgee, Bathurst, Cowra, Dubbo, and Parkes, with all riders travelling to Cumnock as a central meeting point. The event aims to unite communities through a shared commitment to supporting mental health and fostering social connection.

Ride Blue recognises the importance of connection, peer support, and community engagement in maintaining positive mental health. The event provides an opportunity for individuals to come together, check in with one another, and raise awareness of the mental health challenges experienced by many people in regional communities.

The event proudly supports mental health awareness initiatives and promotes the message that no one should face mental health challenges alone. By bringing communities together, Ride Blue encourages open conversations, help-seeking behaviours, and greater understanding of mental health and wellbeing.

Ride Blue 2026 is more than a ride—it is a demonstration of community support, connection, and the collective effort to improve mental health outcomes across our region.
