The Ladies Lunch returns to the Australian National Field Days on Thursday 22 October, 12pm to 3pm.

The Field Days is one of the biggest events on the Central West calendar, bringing agriculture, machinery, innovation and community together over three days and drawing visitors from right across the region. The Ladies Lunch has become a firm highlight within it, a chance to sit down together before heading back out to explore the site.

Guest speaker Kate Greenwood (Greenwood Designs) joins us in conversation with facilitator Skye Manson, followed by a panel discussion with Maggie Jarrett from See Saw Wines, Pip Brett from Jumbled and Colleen Southwell, the Garden Curator.

Grenfell business owners, this one’s for you!
Join us for the Small Business Roundtable, an open, facilitated conversation about the realities of running a small business.

Whether you’re just starting out or have been at it for years, this is a chance to step away from the day-to-day, compare notes with other local business owners and talk through the challenges and opportunities you’re navigating right now. Topics include customers, marketing, staffing, growth, burnout and boundaries.

The evening will be facilitated by Emily Mann, founder of Mannpower, and is designed to be conversational rather than instructional. There won’t be any pitches or one-size-fits-all advice, just thoughtful prompts and shared experiences.
