This is a good post from Ozzie Reviews following the Bondi terrorist attack and the changes to NSW Gun Laws, don't be fooled into thinking that this won't happen in Queensland. The Qld Labor Party introduced a bill to make Queenslands Gun Laws similar to those in Western Australia on the Friday before the Bondi massacre.

Five shooters braved the 40 degree temperature on Sunday for the 800m Long Range Precision match. The mirage was woeful and difficult to determine wind direction which was constantly shifting. While this wasn't the highest score of the day it was easily the best group of the day, and was shot without windflags, sighters or seeing where each shot placed. The squares are 150mm and was shot with a R***r Precision using factory 6.5 Creedmoor ammunition.
