Last night we celebrated another extraordinary year in Scouting for Cardinia District, and we're thrilled to have shared this special evening with so many wonderful families and inspiring youth members.

Many well-deserved awards were presented, and it was truly uplifting to witness the pride and spirit that makes Cardinia District such a strong, supportive, and vibrant community.

Beaconsfield-Officer is incredibly proud of our award recipients.

We can't wait to embark on the next 12 months of Scouting adventures, filled with excitement, discovery, and growth.

Our cubs have been very lucky recently to have some fantastic nights organized by our very own youth members.

Last Tuesday Lincoln organised for us to have a wheelchair sports night where we had some very special guests come along including Paralympian and dual Gold medalist Andrew Harrison OAM as well as Gerard McCarthy who plays for the Hawthorn wheelchair football team.

The cubs had a great night learning all about the different types of wheelchairs for the different sports. They also had the opportunity to try out some different chairs and learnt the rules of the different sports.

It was a fantastic night. One of the highlights of the night was getting to hold 2 Paralympic Gold medals.

Well done Lincoln for organising a fantastic night!
