If you can help please get in touch with the team today!
🐴

⭐ Help us find our next superstar! ⭐
The time has come and RDA O’Halloran Hill is on the lookout for a very special horse to join our herd 🐴
We’re searching for a horse that is:
• Established in walk, trot & canter
• 15hh or taller
• Experienced with clinics and/or competitions
This horse will help support our participants in achieving their goals, including getting out to dressage competitions and clinics 💜
We’re open to lease or purchase and happy to consider interstate options.
Think you might have the perfect fit? Send us a DM, we’d love to chat to you about the home we can offer and if our requirements meet your needs!
Know someone who might? Please share 🙌
❤️💜🤍
(P.S. we know some other RDA centres across SA are also looking for new team members so if you have a treasured equine that doesn't quite fit what we are after please get in touch as they may be the perfect addition for another centre🐴

Did you know many of our centres offer unmounted programs?
Check out the great work Riding for the Disabled Mount Gambier is doing with participant Nathan ❤️💜🤍
Get in touch to find out more!

Unmounted Sessions are so much fun when you work with a well educated & responsive horse like Abby.
She is a great teacher of body language & was so careful during Nathan’s session.
Nathan usually rides Noodles so it was a great opportunity for him to get to know a very different horse & work on how his body position affects what he is trying to communicate to his horse via the lead rope or reins. I’m so proud of how far Nathan has come👏🏻👏🏻

⭐ TAX TIME ⭐
Did you know you can make a tax-deductible donation (over $2) to help us continue the great work we do across SA?

Donations go towards the ongoing costs of our equine herd, who do such an incredible job of supporting our participants each week. ❤

Make the most of tax time and make a donation with little time to wait for the return!

Our Riding for the Disabled Port Pirie is looking for volunteers to help with administration and session support ❤️🤍💜
If you live in the area please consider volunteering with them or share out to your networks!
It’s a wonderful group of dedicated volunteers who would love to meet you (the horses are equally as wonderful of course!)
Flick us a DM or get in touch with the centre on the below details 🐴

⭐JOIN OUR COMMUNITY⭐
Our centre is seeking volunteers to assist with administration and session delivery roles.
After our administration volunteer recently moved out of the area we are in great need of administration support- are you competent in the use of Microsoft 365? Someone who is keen and able to help with managing our inbox, filing and general admin tasks would be such a great help to our centre! Remember- skills and experience here can be used towards employability and workplace readiness.

We are also on the lookout for some extra pairs of hands to help out with our session delivery Thursdays and Saturdays from 8:30am. Help out with our horses, including session preparation, feeding and general session delivery. Supporting session delivery is a great way to get active out in the community as well as build a great social network with our team.
🐴🐴🐴

Volunteers can start from the age of 12 onwards. We can't do our work without the help of volunteers so please reach out to get started!

💜Every day, we see lives change.🐴
Through the connection between horse and participant, confidence grows, independence builds, and moments that once felt out of reach become possible.

Now, we invite you to be part of something truly special.

✨ Join us for the inaugural Riding for the Disabled SA Gala Dinner, an evening to celebrate these incredible stories, the people behind them, and the community that makes it all possible through raising funds to continue our work.

With Master of Ceremonies James Tzaferis, inspiring guest speaker Gill Hicks, entertainment from the Gospo Collective, and a night filled with connection, joy and purpose, this is more than just an event, it’s a chance to make a real difference.

Every ticket, every shared post, every show of support helps us continue changing lives across South Australia.

💫 We would love for you to be part of it.
