Barossa Area Fundraisers for Cancer Barossa Area Fundraisers for Cancer Inc raise funds to provide support services and help reduce the impact of cancer in the Barossa community.

Barossa Area Fundraisers for Cancer Inc is a non profit organization that aims to raise funds to provide support services and help reduce the impact of cancer in the Barossa community and surround. We also run a home assist programme and a community transport car and palliative care rooms for cancer patients. We provide a free wig lending service with access to a variety of wigs and hats for as lo

We are on the look out for volunteers to assist us with fundraising and or take on a role to assist Cancer survivors and patients in the local area. If you are a person who shows empathy, enthusiasm and a sense of fun, please make contact. Fundraising activities include raffles, grants, community donations and special events to raise awareness of cancer. Jo and Helen from BAFFC were proud to present the amazing Tanunda Football & Netball Pink Ladies Committee with an Appreciation Certificate in recognition of their fabulous and highly successful Pink Ladies fundraising event.

What an incredible day it was, full of laughter, pink everywhere, wonderful company, and an amazing community spirit. It was fantastic to see so many people come together, have fun, and support such an important cause while creating a truly memorable atmosphere.

This dedicated group of young women continues to go above and beyond, bringing passion, generosity, and energy to help support BAFFC and the important work we do for cancer patients and their families across our region.

A huge thank you to the Pink Ladies Committee. The effort, time, and heart that goes into events like these make a real difference! 💗🦋

At the Lyndoch Market fundraiser for BAFFC, we had the privilege of presenting Irene Liebelt’s family with a memorial clock in honour of her life and dedication.

Irene was a tireless caretaker of the Institute for many years, giving so much of herself with kindness and commitment.

Her impact reached far beyond the walls she cared for, touching so many lives within our community.

Irene legacy will always hold a special place in the hearts of those who knew her 💕🦋

The BAFFC ladies were proud to present a new lounge chair to the Palliative care room at Tanunda & Angaston Hospital.

We hope these chairs provide a little extra comfort, support and warmth for patients and families during difficult times.
