An example of the work from one of the students from the Tube/Claw set ring course run last weekend. A long day but everyone did great.
In answer to a couple of comments, courses that are run at the club are for members of North Brisbane Lapidary Club only, and advertised by emails to current members. New members are always welcome and site visits can be arranged to find out more about the club.

A couple of courses were run this weekend at the club house.
A very successful enamelling bowl course, learning to use separation enamel to bring all the colour layers up to the surface and create a pattern.
Plus a beginners faceting course.

We had some great results from the recent course on Riveting, where we made some articulated animals. It is a useful skill when no heat can be applied to your item, and also used a lot when making hinges.
