Bill Waters Rover Crew Bill Waters Rover Crew is a Section of The Scout Association of Australia Victorian Branch (www.scoutsvictoria.com.au).

Our Crew is based in Nunawading (Whitehorse District - Mount Dandenong Region). Scouting is a voluntary non-political educational movement for young people. We are open to all, regardless of gender, race, religion or sexuality. We are found worldwide in 161 countries, with distinct age levels and programs that have shaped the development of youth and adults for over 100 years. Scouts are in every

part of our community, and are one of the largest youth organisations in Australia. More than 20,000 boys, girls, and adults in Victoria from wide cultural and religious backgrounds, including those with intellectual or physical disabilities, enjoy an unlimited range of activities in the bush, the sea, the rivers, the mountains, the towns and cities.
