Another great activity to keep your preschool age child busy, using some basic materials. Threading the pipe cleaners through the straws requires and boosts fine motor skills, concentration and problem solving skills.

Try putting some materials for this activity in your bag next time you have an important outing or appointment and it might help to keep your little one engaged and regulated.
