Our Mission

Northam PCYC has been a part of the Northam community since 1944. We hold a variety of activities each week to cater for our local community needs.

CYC work closely with schools and other agencies and is run predominantly by volunteers to provide a holistic service to the local community. Northam PCYC caters to young people within the community by providing structured social and sporting activities in a safe and controlled environment. Northam relies largely on community support for the successful running of their activities. Northam PCYC Objectives
The Objective of the Northam PCYC is to conduct and maintain a viable club structure capable of delivering the following:

1. Teaching young people about good citizenship and obeying the law
3. Encouraging appreciation of music, literature, art and culture among young people
4. Reminding people of their responsibilities towards young people and maintaining allegiance to the Commonwealth of Australia. Our Vision

Our vision for Northam PCYC is to:
• Achieve ongoing, active and friendly relationships between Police and young people
• Develop positive, alliances with the community to promote and encourage youth development and create a safer and more harmonious environment
• Encourage young people to achieve their best in life
• Achieve recognition for PCYC throughout the community as a premier youth facility, providing the most current, relevant activities at the local level;
• Be a magnet for young people - "A popular place to be"
