End of Semester 1 Parade and Recruit Graduation and Promotions

The End of Semester 1 Parade marked the graduation of our newest recruits and award for the most outstanding recruit.
Throughout the semester, these cadets have dedicated themselves to learning essential skills including drill, navigation, team building, and first aid. They’ve put their training into practice during term bivouacs (camps) and proudly represented the unit at public events, such as the ANZAC Day service in Cowes.

Looking ahead, Semester 2 promises even greater challenges and opportunities as our recruits continue to grow and begin progressing through the cadet ranking system.

The Unit also had the promotions of two Cadets to Lance Corporal Cadet and a staff member from Defence Approved Helper adult helper) to 2nd Lieutenant AAC

Well done to everyone.

On the 25th of April, 317ACU attended the ANZAC Dawn and Day Service organized by the Phillip Island RSL. We were honored to have our own CDTCPL Fletcher, 2LT (AAC) Dekroon, and LT (AAC) Crump as part of the RSL Catafalque Party, dressed in World War I Army attire for this solemn tradition, as we commemorate those who have served our country.
