A BIG Congratulations to those who have received an offer for the new grad programs for 2022!! For those who that are still waiting, there is still hope to receive positions as they can be released later in the year! 😄

Hi all third year students reaching course completion,
How exciting, we are nearly done! 🎉🥂

Whats next? As student nurses we need to apply for Registration with AHPRA. APHRA recommends to start your online application 12 weeks prior to course completion date as all disciplines are applying for registration at the same time therefore this will reduce delays. 12 weeks prior to course completion date is tomorrow Thursday 9/9/21.

In terms of the application common issues are;
Incorrect or incomplete certifications of ID
e.g. Incorrect wording for photo ID. Missing phone number or profession for certifying officer

Missing ID documents –evidence of Australian residential address, change of name
e.g. You might have your address on the back of your licence. Ensure you enter your full name

Incomplete English language information

Differences between your legal name (the name on your birth certificate or visa) and the name recorded with your education provider.

Make sure to do "3 checks" 😉 before submitting to reduce any delay in your application.
