We haven’t posted much on the socials this year, and it’s safe to say we’ve gotten a bit musty and moldy. 🍄🦠🧫🧬
The 2025 Yellow Wheel Company have just spent 4 days undertaking workshops, conversations, moments of mindfulness, reflections, excursions to prominent Naarm arts venues, boogies, focusing, performances and everything else that could be packed into AYDF2025.
As part of the Mixtape Performance night the company presented its new work ‘Flute, Book and Candle’. The work is a celebration of the intelligence of mushrooms, mold, plants, the unknown and the indistinguishable space between science and magic.
The costumes were created by and were made nearly entirely out of op shopped, recycled and saved materials.
