We are a group of volunteer ladies keen to help local families with school age children, experiencing financial hardship, in Noosa and the greater Noosa District. Our grants are for children to attend any extra educational extracurricular activities. School guidance officers, school chaplains, counsellors, or teachers apply for these grants. Our Mission:

How We Can Help:
We organize lunches and functions, encouraging local ladies to attend our fundraising events. As part of our commitment to fundraising, we provide raffle prizes as our main fundraiser. As a registered charity, anyone can donate to the Thursday Girl’s Charity and a tax-deductible receipt is issued.

Wow, this delightful Skitso Sumia Blooming Girl Table Lamp from Greece is a colourful, special raffle prize for our Thursday Girls Noosa, Spring Carnival luncheon at Waterfront/Zibros restaurant on 29/10/26.
Kindly donated by Rebecca from Isabella’s Fine & Antique Jewellery.
Valued at $495, it will be a special raffle prize.

The Thursday Girls Noosa warmly invite you to join us at The Noosa Waterfront Restaurant & Bar by Zibros (142 Gympie Terrace, Noosaville) for our October fundraising lunch.
The Zibros team at this venue is an exciting combination and dining experience for us – enabling the Thursday Girls to enjoy a taste of Sicily in this relaxing riverside location.
Our theme for this lunch is Spring Carnival fun – so please wear your favourite hat or fascinator 👒. We’ll have special prizes to hand out on the day for the most elegant or quirky hat and the most stylish fascinator.
Enjoy great food, wonderful company, and a range of fabulous raffle prizes all in support of students in need across the Noosa and Greater Noosa region. (Please note that raffle tickets can be purchased via cash or credit card.)
Your ticket includes a complimentary glass of w**e or prosecco upon arrival, along with a delicious lunch.
Bookings for this event will be via the TryBooking system, where table numbers and sizes are pre-set. Some tables will have table captains or hosts at this event.
When making your booking, you’ll have the option to book on a table with the name of a table captain/s or to select an open table. Try Booking will provide a 'live' view of how many seats are still available at each table.
Just a reminder too that there are additional nominal processing and transaction fees via Try Booking (as above).
Parking availability is always unpredictable on Gympie Terrace so please take this into account with your travel plans.
As numbers are limited, we kindly ask that you RSVP and make payment by 10pm on Thursday 22nd October 2026 to secure your place.

On behalf of the Thursday Girls Noosa committee, Gayle and I attended the Tinbeewah Art Show.
Thank you, Jan Cooke and the Tinbeewah Art Group for inviting me to be the guest speaker at TAG’s Art Show Gala opening night. We would like to sincerely thank you for supporting Thursday Girls Noosa; every penny of the money will be used to help our local Noosa school children.
Thank you to Mary Zouglakis for donating a fabulous painting to us.
Art is such an integral part of our Noosa community.
It certainly is used throughout our local schools to help children experiencing difficulties.
It gives young people a love of art, a sense of achievement, and an escape from the world of social media.
Thursday Girls are delighted to fund innovative projects that highlight art.
We so enjoyed attending; it was a lovely evening, and the art was amazing. We do have such talent on the Sunshine Coast. Kim 🥰

Tewantin art group is having their Gala Opening of the Tinbeerwah Art show on Friday 18 September at 5.30 at the Tinbeerwah Hall Cnr of Sunrise Rd & Noosa-Cooroy Rd.
They are kindly supporting us via a gold coin entry.

Also thank you to Isabellas Fine and Antique Jewellery, Noosa Heads, for donating another of their much sought after, porcelain Guinea Fowls.
The winner had recently visited France where they are manufactured and couldn’t make space in her luggage to bring one home, so she was thrilled to win.

The lunch was delicious; We would like to thank Tracey and her team for looking after us so well and the special surprise sweet treat to finish our lunch.
It’s our collaborations with local restaurants and their generosity that enable us to enjoy these lunches, and we in turn support them.
Dale Potts showcased his MC and Sommelier skills with a panache that kept everyone smiling.

The Thursday Girls donned their funky glasses and had a fun day raising much needed funds for local struggling students and families.
Linn our Chair, read a heartwarming thank you from a student we helped attend their year level camp. Pointing out, no child in the greater Noosa district, is left behind from an excursion, school camp or swimming lessons.
We also help with school fees, bookpacs, uniforms, lessons and transportation to events.
