INTRODUCING our International Women’s Day Lunch 2026
GOLD SPONSOR 💛 - Sanctum Medical Aesthetics. 🙏 🩷

Founded 15 years ago in Hobart, Tasmania by Dr Asha Ram with a vision to create a space where women feel safe, supported and truly heard. What began as a single clinic has grown into a female-led organisation with an ownership group of six women and a team of more than 30 women across Tasmania and Queensland.

Two years ago, RN Bonnie and Dr Clair McCartney expanded Sanctum to NOOSA, bringing with them a strong ethos centred on pro-ageing, health, confidence and education.

The clinic has been warmly embraced by the Noosa community, built on trust, genuine care and a shared commitment to women’s wellbeing.

At its heart, Sanctum is about more than aesthetics.

The team believes that beauty exists in all forms, at every age and in every stage of life.

Their purpose is to create an environment where women feel welcomed, respected and empowered - and leave feeling more confident than when they arrived.

As a business that proudly employs over 30 women, Sanctum is deeply committed to education, leadership, financial independence and creating opportunities for women to thrive.

This philosophy extends beyond the clinic walls and into their skincare brand, Sircle Skin, which reflects the same values of integrity, confidence and considered self-care.

Sanctum Medical Aesthetics is proud to support initiatives that champion women, community and connection.
