Lots of busy little helping hands at the nimBIN CHICKENS workspace at the Showgrounds today. Students from Tuntable Primary School came to visit, see what we do with all the plastic lids they've collected and check out some of our creations. Go you good things! If you'd like to learn more. Our next open day is Tuesday 3rd March 10.30 at the 'horse shed' at the southern side of the Nimbin Showground (every 1st Tuesday each month). In the meantime, don't forget to collect all those pesky plastic lids that can't go in council recycling- clean, with labels and inserts removed would be most helpful

Probably the most common comment about workshops at 7 Sibley street is "are you doing this one again" or "I'd love to come but can't make that date. Visitors often remark that they wish they had something similar where they lived-they want to do all those workshops! (we've offered more than 100 since we opened, not including regular events like the knitting and weaving circles, nimBINCHICKENS, Food swaps and farm tours) Now you can support your community-owned Sustainable Living Hub and join in on-line- access our workshops and healthy living products anywhere, anytime.
