🏡 A vacancy isn't just an empty bedroom. It's someone's future home.

At Ignite Community Services, we're currently welcoming enquiries for a number of our Supported Independent Living homes.

But we're not interested in simply filling rooms.

We want to find the right person, the right home and the right housemates.

Ignite has been supporting people with disability since 2019, backed by more than 20 years of experience in the community services sector.

We're a registered NDIS provider with experienced management, trained support teams and a genuinely hands-on approach.

Most importantly, we're intentionally smaller.

That means we know our participants, our homes and our teams.

🏡 Current SIL opportunities across South East Queensland
👥 24/7 supported living
💛 Participant-focused supports
🤝 Meet-and-greets encouraged
🏠 House compatibility considered carefully
📍 Multiple locations available

Whether you're a participant, family member, Support Coordinator or allied health professional, we'd love to have a conversation.

Sometimes finding the right home starts with simply saying hello.
Call Andrea on 0457 454 107 or email [email protected], we would love to meet you.

Nominated Again! How exciting is this!
Last year Ignite became a finalist in the Ipswich Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence awards for the Health and Care award....This year it's 3 nominations!
🤩Health and Care Business of the Year
🤩Small Business of the Year
🤩Business Person of the Year
It's pretty cool to be acknowledged for the work we do in supporting our people - our little community looking out for each other. The recognition means a lot so thank you for the nomination.
