The Farm Project

16/10/2026

What a fantastic two days the FaRM team had at the Little Food Festival giving little hands the chance to harvest seeds from vegetables. Lots of interest and concentration plus seeds to take home for planting.
It was great to see Hannah Moloney from Gardening Australia taking centre stage, and sharing garden stories with a wrapt audience.
Who doesn’t love growing, sharing & cooking fresh healthy food?!!
Thank you City of Launceston Official for organising this event.

Thank you to St Lukes for hosting our FaRM propagation workshop yesterday. Gardener Tyler did a great job in sharing his tips and hints for propagating seeds, tomatoes and African violets although the clear winner was tomatoes - so many questions!
Everyone had a great time with lots of interest in our Mowbray garden and the vision for our FaRM project

A bit of rain doesnt keep our Gardener Shaveta down! Keeping the weeds at bay may seem like hard work but so satisfying seeing them leave the bed.
