Today marks the beginning of Melanoma Awareness Month and the day we officially launched SWAP. We couldn't be prouder to see this initiative out in the community.

As a community-funded foundation, none of this happens without the people who back us.

If you work outdoors, you're up to 10 times more likely to develop skin cancer than someone who works inside. Ten times.

UV radiation is invisible. It doesn't care if it's 35°C in January or 18°C in July. When the UV index hits 3 or above, skin damage can occur.

That means sun protection isn't a summer-only job for your outdoor crew. Winter, overcast days, early starts- UV can still hit dangerous levels.

Our SWAP training program gives you the tools to understand UV and integrate sun safety into your workplace, through every season.
