🇲🇰 CALLING ALL FORMER MKUD STIV NAUMOV DANCERS! 🇲🇰

Were you part of MKUD Stiv Naumov in the 1960s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s or beyond?

We are putting out an Expression of Interest to all past dancers to join us for the launch of our new MKUD Seniors Dancing Night!

This is more than just a dance night — it’s an opportunity to reconnect with old friends, share memories, meet up with the MKUD Stiv Naumov “old guard”, and celebrate the generations of people who have helped build our group since 1967.

Whether you’d like to get back on the dance floor, keep active, teach a few steps to the younger generation, or simply sit back and enjoy the atmosphere, we’d love to see you there.

🎥 We’ll also be showcasing historical MKUD Stiv Naumov footage on the big screen, bringing back memories from nearly 60 years of dancing, friendship and community spirit.

If you or someone you know was involved with MKUD Stiv Naumov over the years, please spread the word and let us know you’re interested in attending.

Our Macedonian School and Junior Dancing Group is the perfect place for young people to learn, grow and create lifelong friendships while celebrating our rich culture and traditions.

Whether your child is taking their first steps into Macedonian culture or continuing a family tradition, everyone is welcome to join us.

🚌💃 MKUD Stiv Naumov Hits the Road! 💃🚌

On 27 June, our dancers will be travelling to Sydney to perform at the Ilinden Centre in Rockdale as part of the celebrations marking the 10th Anniversary of MKUD Ilinden Western Sydney!

These events are a big deal! Bringing together Macedonian cultural groups from different regions to share the stage, celebrate our heritage, and support one another is something truly special. The atmosphere, friendships, and memories created at events like these are what make our community so strong.

For our dancers, this is more than just a performance. It's an opportunity to be part of something bigger, to represent Newcastle with pride, and to experience traditions that connect generations past, present, and future.

MKUD Stiv Naumov has exciting times ahead, and we couldn't be prouder of our dedicated dancers, committee members, families, and supporters who make opportunities like this possible.

There are real, unique, and generational experiences to be had here — experiences that build lifelong friendships, strengthen cultural identity, and create memories that will be cherished for years to come.

We look forward to celebrating alongside MKUD Ilinden Western Sydney and all the groups joining us for what promises to be a fantastic evening of Macedonian culture, music, and dance.
