What a fabulous night of storytelling!
Thank you to all who came out on this chilly night, we hope you enjoyed hearing about the spooky true events that transformed our storytellers' lives.
And a thank you especially to the storytellers for sharing these vulnerable moments in your life.
Our next show will be on Friday 23rd of August; free cakes & coffee will be available. Hope to see you there!
We're always keen to have new storytellers, so if this sounds like something you would enjoy being a part of, please msg Gab on 0455 195 920. And if there are any topics or themes you'd like our speakers to use, let us know!
Enjoy these photos and little excerpts from the night.

"What does it all mean? To quote Prof. Carl Jung 'Just because some human phenomenon is hard to understand, that doesn't mean I or anyone else, should have the arrogance to assume that this phenomenon is a fraud or an illusion.'
Shifting time, things get lost in the mist of time.
I knew that she knew that I knew she was there. I saw her. She was a bitch. I've known that woman for 20 years. There was no mistaking it. But she was dead.
Somehow in the last 50 years, a view has emerged in this culture that to believe in the afterlife is preposterous."
Speaker: Linda
"Time in this existence is linear. But in this realm it's not. I remember the lace curtain moving in the wind. Just lying there watching it sway backwards and forwards. Why do we have these memories? Malevolent and benevolent, good and bad.
All through my life I've had these experiences. I've had visions. I've seen it all.
There's a power out there. I hope one day we'll see it. If we stop hating on each other, hopefully we can make it our reality."
Speaker: Natalie
"Why is it we teach children to tell the truth and be good human beings, when we grow into adults it's the complete opposite. We live in this world that pretends to be perfect, and it's not. When you try to acknowledge that or discuss it, you're dismissed.
We are all connected. The connection is invisible but it's there. A bird is not flying in emptiness, there is matter. All of nature is totally and utterly connected. Everything is connected. Without nature we shrivel up and die.
I never thought I'd live past 30. Once you get to a certain age, you start to join the dots.
It takes courage.
Question everything.
Because everything is not what it seems. We have been conditioned to think and behave a certain way; there is so much more to us as human beings than we have been taught to believe.
Speaker: Dawn
"I was returning to bed, in my family home. When I came back to the bedroom, the little slip-on shoes I had on my feet were glowing. There were glowing green foot prints leading me safely back to bed. Sometimes we have scary experiences, and other times they aren't so scary.
There is compassion for us to learn from one another. We don't have to be frightened of the unusual. To have peace within ourselves, we must have compassion with one another. Everything is totally connected.
The compassion of the divine and its energy. That is all. We all belong together."
