The Hunter’s next big opportunity could be just down the road. 👀
🔧 Inside a workshop in Rutherford.
🏭 On a factory floor in Thornton.
💬 Or in a conversation with someone you haven’t met yet.
Our Maitland Roadshow brought local manufacturers, educators, founders and community together to explore what’s possible when we connect. 🤝
A few ideas we’re still thinking about:
🔧 Take new technology and training directly to businesses and schools.
💡 Help more local innovators turn good ideas into growing businesses.
🤝 Share our skills, equipment and connections.
📣 Help the world discover the remarkable businesses right here.
👏 Thank you to Jeff Smith, Claire Quigley, Zara Crichton, Evan Jones, Andy Olrich, Bret Barton, Thomas Nann and Jacqui Daley—and to Maitland City Council for partnering with us.
📍 Next stop: Muswellbrook, 7 October.
🎟️ Then we bring it all together at the Hunter Innovation Festival, 24 November at NEX, Newcastle.
Come curious. Leave connected. ✨
