Newcastle, we are so back! 🤩
On May 29 we celebrated our partnership with Novacare Community Services launching the ESTEEM Program back in Newcastle!
It was a great day reflecting on the ESTEEM journey so far, and what is to come.

📰We also had Damon from the Newcastle Herald put together a great write up about the program and the experience of previous participant Kerrie.

🎨Arts for Health is now showing their Healing Through Art exhibition at John Hunter Hospital.

This exhibition celebrates the role that creativity plays in supporting health and wellbeing.

The exhibition is on display on Levels 2 and 3 of the JHH. One of our very own ESTEEM-ers, Kimberly, has her artwork on display. 🤩

🎤 On Tuesday 21st April, the Shake Rattle & Roll Parkinson's Choir is performing at 1:30pm.

It's World Music Therapy Week ! 💃🕺

Whether it’s supporting rehabilitation, communication, or wellbeing, music therapy helps people make connections - within themselves, with others and with the world around them.
