Meeting in Newborough, Latrobe Valley area of Gippsland, the Capstaff Rover crew is part of Scouts Victoria

Capstaff is a Rover Crew that is part of Rovers Australian and Scouts Asutralia. Capstaff is located in Newborough, Victoria near Moe, Victoria. Captaff Currently Has 15 Crew Members
aged between 18-26 and are always willing to take on new members. Things we do:

Camping
Bush Craft
Working Bees
Outdoor Activitys
Dungeon and Dragons
Service to the Community
Fundraising

This week at Rovers, we decided to do an “Awkward Family Photo” shoot, capturing a range of hilariously posed and intentionally cringeworthy photos together.

We've ended our year on a high note celebrating by heading out to Lake Narracan to feast and farewell Christopher Horsfall, It's been great to have you in our crew for the time we did and wish you the best for whatever comes next.
We look forward to coming back for new adventures next year.

This weekend at Caringal Scout Camp, we farewelled one of our rovers "H" with a traditional Rover Boot ceremony.

H's journey in Rovers has been filled with leadership, laughter, and unforgettable moments.

Tonight at rover we spent the evening enjoying a selection of movies we picked up from the local op shop absolute bargains that made for a truly memorable experiences.

Last weekend the crew spent time up at caringal scout camp which included doing some service over at the obstacle course.

Last night we had our crew christmas break up down at lake Narrican to celebrate the amazing 2024 we have had.

This weekwe had an epic night of trivia and Taskmaster-style challenges!
We were split into teams and we tackled tough questions, laughed our way through bizarre tasks, and got pretty competitive (in the best way).
