Are you aged 12โ€“25, or do you know a young person who is?

We understand that life can feel busy, stressful, and overwhelming at times. Mindfulness helps us pause, focus on the present moment, and take better care of our mental wellbeing.

Young people or anyone who practice mindfulness find it easier to:
- Handle stress and anxiety
- Improve concentration
- Feel more connected to themselves and others
- Build healthy coping skills

We are now seeking expressions of interest for our upcoming Mindfulness Workshop.

๐Ÿ“ Expression of Interest closes on 6 July.

Please send this opportunity to any young person who may be interested.

Refugee Week 2026 runs from 14th to 20th June.

This year's theme is "A Million Stories", celebrating the one million refugees who have helped shape Australia and the many stories behind that milestone.

Every story matters. Every journey is unique. Refugee Week is an opportunity to learn, listen, celebrate cultural diversity, and reflect on how we can create welcoming communities for everyone.

As we celebrate this milestone, let's also take a moment to reflect:
How can we continue to welcome people seeking safety?
What more can we do to show support and understanding?
And how can each of us help others feel like they belong?

These are important questions for us all to consider during Refugee Week and beyond.
