This week 19 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 1 were first timers and 0 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 4 different clubs took part.

We had a bit of a shamozzle with the timing so if it is not quite right please be gentle... Thanks to Marshal Krystal for most of the photos, you RD was busy trying to work out who came where...

The forcast is for overnight rain clearing early, so fingers crossed that means a (relatively) dry walk/run. Alison has been baking up a storm (food allergies catered).

Pick your goal, find your pacer and let them do the pacing while you concentrate on the running!
