The Gisborne & District Lions Club recently held a fundraiser to support the people and community impacted by the Harcourt and Ravenswood fire. The fundraiser was a great success raising an incredible $22,000. Together with a massive $20,000 donation from the Gisborne & District Lions Club, a total of $42,000 has been provided by the Gisborne & District Lions Club to the 53 home/farm owners and businesses that were destroyed by the devastating fires that ripped through the area.
It was a well supported event with all seats sold and we wish to thank all who attended and were so generous on the night.
