Rotary Club of Neutral Bay Inc The organisation is open to all persons regardless of race, color, creed, gender, or political preference. The members of Rotary Clubs are known as Rotarians.

Neutral Bay Rotary Club Inc brings together business and professional people to provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world. There are 33,976 clubs and over 1.22 million members worldwide. Members usually meet weekly for breakfast, lunch or dinner. These meetings are a social event as well as an opportunity to orga

nise the Club’s work on their service goals and associated projects. We meet at 6 for 6.30pm at THe Neutral Bay Club, 3 Westleigh Street (at the end of Barry Street) Neutral Bay NSW 2089 for a 2 course meal at $30 per head. The meeting closes at 8pm.

The most notable current global project PolioPlus, is contributing to the global eradication of polio. Since beginning the project in 1985 Rotary International $1.2 billion has been raised to fight polio eradication. Bill Gates challenged Rotary to raise $200million by June 2012 and the Bill Gates foundation will match this with $355million. This was reached on 17th January 2012 with $202.6M raised worldwide. Bill Gates Foundation matched the promise grant and donated an extra $50million due to the quick response.

ShelterBox is an international relief charity that delivers emergency shelter, warmth and dignity to those that have been left homeless after a disaster. Raising funds for ShelterBox is the focus for one of the Rotary Club of Neutral Bay’s current fund-raising efforts.

We also help many other charities such as Su***de Prevention and Breast Cancer.
