Grovehill Repair Cafe
Some more great fixes from the Repair Cafe last Saturday with more happy faces & lots of great work going on We also fixed the pin on a leather belt, the wiring on an oil radiator, food processor & fan heater & the quickest was a pesky zip which took less than 5 minutes & now lines up perfectly Whatever you need looking at bring it down next month & we'll do our very best to help.

How beautiful is our new clock? 🕰

We were recently gifted this breathtaking timepiece - handcrafted by members of local charitable organisation The Repair Shed.

The Repair Shed were Tring Brewery's charity of choice last year, a partnership which saw twelve collaborative beers brewed with DIY-themed branding. Many of these were served and supped on at our very bar front. 🍺

Placed in order of release, passing hours are marked by the badges of each monthly special. Some our favourite house artwork, such as Into The Groove and Shear Fright, feature proudly.

Thank you again to 'the shedders', members of The Repair Shed, just one arm of local charity Community Action Dacorum. Look out for the clock in the inside bar space, set on the dividing barn wall.

Now at The Piggeries, it's always 'Beer O'Clock'. 🐷

Thank you Repair Shed for fixing my iron. My Steam iron broke 2 months ago & I couldn't find anyone that would look at it, their answer was "buy a new one". But at over £200 i was very hesitant. When I found Repair Shed I was so happy. The men at the repair cafe were very helpful & took the iron away. And to my delight fixed my iron!! Saving me over £200!!
I can’t thank Tony & the team enough!!
I would recommend the Repair Shed/Cafe to anyone & will definitely use them again!!

The Repair Shed Gallery space has now been taken down at The Old Town Hall and as you can see from the photo's, our super lovely patrons didn't leave much to take down. The Shedders raised a shed load (pun intended) of money for the chairty from their collective efforts. CONGRATULATIONS TO Tony Mackinder AND THE REST OF THE SHEDDERS.
