❄️ Term 3 Is Here at Neerim District Playgroup! ❄️

Come in from the winter chill and join us for warm, welcoming mornings filled with play, creativity and connection.

Term 3 brings plenty of opportunities for little ones to explore, learn and make new friends, while parents and carers enjoy relaxed conversations and a supportive community.

☕ Friendly chats for parents and carers

We would love to see our familiar playgroup families and welcome plenty of new faces too!

📍 Neerim District Rural Primary School
📅 Wednesdays during Term 3 | 10:00am–12:00pm
💰 $3 for one child | $5 per family

Please bring a hat, drink bottle, snack or lunchbox, and a change of clothes for messy play.

New families are always welcome! 🌈

Registrations are closing soon for the Neerim District Business Networking Breakfast.

With the current growth of the Baw Baw Shire, the opportunity for business growth in the Neerim District has never been so strong.
Our panel will explore the questions:
What is the opportunity for our District?
What do those in the District need to do to realise the opportunity?

There will also be time allocated to Q&A. If you would like to submit a question for our panel prior to the event, please email Stacey at [email protected]

What an incredible festival it’s been.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve seen a wonderful response from both locals and visitors, with strong attendance, fantastic community involvement, and an outstanding standard of work across all exhibitions.

A huge congratulations to all of our artists and participants, and especially to this year’s award winners:

It’s been inspiring to see the community connect with art in so many ways — from sculpture trails and exhibitions to the incredible creativity of our youngest artists.

Out and about this morning we spotted some happy locals enjoying the sculpture trail in Neerim South.
It’s been fantastic seeing people exploring the artworks across the district over the past two weeks, and with the final weekend of Neerim Arts Fest now here, there’s still time to come and take a look.

🎨 Explore the outdoor sculpture and art trail across the Neerim District
🖼 Indoor sculpture exhibition at Algie Hall – open daily 10am–4pm
🎨 Children’s Terracotta Pot Painting Exhibition – Algie Hall
⭐ Vote in the IGA People’s Choice Award

You can also visit local galleries, open studios, murals across the district, and enjoy community events happening this weekend — including the Rokeby Market and the Gippsland International Film Festival.

🚶 Don’t forget the Wetlands Walk, where you can meet Tiddalik the Thirsty Frog.
